Club Policies and Rules
All deposits/memberships are non – refundable.
Group captains are responsible for collection of court fees and his/her membership fee and providing names of players in their contract.
All players regularly part of a contract group must pay membership.
Full payment must be made on or before the first day of play or management has the right to reassign the court.
Notify the front desk if you would like to sell your court hour. Every effort will be made to sell it and you will be entitled to a make up to be taken before the next season.
RRC and its employees are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged articles.
Proper attire and non- marking tennis shoes must be worn on the court. No exceptions.
No food or drink permitted on the courts. Only water.
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted anywhere unless supervised by a parent or guardian.
Use of ball hoppers, carts is prohibited.
Only 12 balls permitted on the court at one time.
Only RRC club staff professionals are permitted to give instruction on a court.
No spectators permitted on the courts.
All lessons and court times must be cancelled with 24 hours notice or you may be charged.
There will be no make-ups given unless there is an opening in another group.
All make-ups must be arranged through the Director of tennis J D Bradley.
